CCM upgrade from version 4.2(1)sr1b to 4.2(3)sr2b

Hi to all,

if I want to upgrade a callmanager from the current release 4.2(1)sr1b to 4.2(3)sr2b. I can do this downloading and directly installing the file "ciscocm.4-2-3-sr2b.exe" or I have to , before, download and install the file "Cisco Unified CallManager 4.2(3) Maintenance Upgrade"

You need to first upgrade the OS version and then upgrade Cisco CallManager Application i.e. 4.2(3)

Hi Uday,

I have OS version 2000-4.3 and I think that is OK to migrate fro 4.2(1) to 4.2(3). I only want to upgrade the CallManager release.
