Hi
just wondering about something. I have agents logged in but they are not in a READY state. When they are in a NOT READY state they can still receive internal calls from an internal extension. Is there any way to prevent this.

I think that you can create a partition for the agents extensions and in the calling search spaces of the internal extensions of the company you have not got to include the agents apartitions.
Don?t forget to inlcude the agent partiton on the Calling Search spaces assoicated to the CTI Ports ot the IPCC Express or IP/IVR in a IPCC Enterprise deployment.
