Phone button template issue

Hi,

I'm using a CCM 5.1. When I try ti change the phone button template from the drop down list and save it( I am in the phone menu, not in the profile); I have the following error :

"Update failed. [491] The specified name has invalid characters or is not formatted correctly for this device type."

Where does this come from?

I think you are hitting with the bug :CSCsg20564.

You ned to install the patches.
