we have set up a service for one button agent login. We had been using a one button agent LOGOUT with this URL:
http://x.x.x.x:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentStateChange.jsp?State=Logout
and since we upgraded to CRS 4.0(4) from 3.5(4), this URL no longer exists and the IP Phone gets a HTTP 404 error.
Can anyone tell me the updated URL for a one button LOGOUT for 4.0(4)? Thanks.
