CCM 5.1 Cluster query

Enviornment CCM 5.1 with one Pub+ one Sub.

Pub &Sub are defined in a group. For testing purpose when Pub Ethernet is taken down, Phones are not registering to Sub.

Executed utils dbreplication status and it goes output everything is fine.

Any specific needs to be done for the cluster.

If you check in the IP Phone itself Option 21 and above the 2 servers are listed?

DO you use IP address or hostname for Server name under CCMAdmin|Server?

I recommend you IP address or have a working dNS server.

Let me know that first.

Two serves are listed in the IP Phone.

Under CCMAdmin Server - we use hostname of the server.

Presently no DNS Servers are configured. Is there any workaround?

Which one is listed as Active?

You may change to IP address under CCMAdmin|Server and reset 1 Phone so it can get this new config...or restart TFTP service then reset IP Phone so new files gets created, then check again what its in the display, the IP addresses should be there.
