WLC1 and WLC2 are configured within the same mobility group. WLC1 and WLC2 are configured within the same mobility group.The other half of the access points are configured to use WLC2 as the primary WLC and use WLC1 as the secondary WLC. The fallback feature is enabled on both WLC1 and WLC2.

Aggressive load-balancing on the WLC allows the LAPs to load-balance wireless clients across APs in an LWAPP system.
