Hi,

I have recently upgraded a few 2811/2821 routers for IOS/GUI/Phone loads

I have a problem with the 7940G/7960G phone loads

IOS version Version 12.4(11)XW2

phone loads SCCP 8.x loaded

P00308000500.bin

P00308000500.loads

P00308000500.sb2

P00308000500.sbn

I get this error on the debug display of the phones web interface:

TFTP Not Found: File English_United_States/SCCP-dictionary-ext.xml

TFTP Not Found: File English_United_States/7960-dictionary-ext.xml

for both 7940G and 7960G

the network locale is GB, the user-locale is US, but I don't think it is related.

Any help appreciated...I am thinking of reloading the old loads!

Thanks,

Gregory Gout

You need to configure the cnf-file location: it has to be flash: and you need to enable cnf files as per-phone-type under telephony-service config to enable locale information for ip phones.
