On my UNITY SERVER I have error message in Application log:

Description:

The CsBMsgConnector service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.

TAC Case number for this situation is K28513185. Recommendied action is propriate ES patch. I installed CiscoUnity405ES55.exe but nothing happend. I have same error again. What I have to do?

The error messages described in this section arise when a browser competes with a domain controller to become the master browser. This issue was found on a Windows 2000 domain with two subnets connected by a Cisco router that has the ip helper command enabled.
