Hi Stephen,

Sorry about that, I was thinking AA Hunt Groups. Here is what I would look at in your scenario;

max-redirect number

Example:

Router(config-telephony)# max-redirect x

Sets the number of times that a call can be redirected within a Cisco Unified CME system.

number - Range is 5 to 20. Default is 5.

Note: This command is required if the number of hops is greater than 5. (which yours is :)

Hope this helps!

Rob

Hi Stephen,

I am guessing that you are working with CME, if so, I would have a look at these three config parameters;

**param queue-len x

param max-time-vm-retry x

param voice-mail xxxx

From this good doc;

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00805f2305.html#wp1003141

Hope this helps!
