So I'm studying for my CCNA exam. I have a home lab with
2 Cisco 2514
1 Cisco 2611
1 Cisco Catalyst 2900
I can configure the Ethernet ports to work with eachother perfectly, but feel that I need to practice other technologies like Frame-realy.
I am having trouble getting my serial crossover cable to work when i connect the two 2514's together using my DTE/DCE serial crossover cable.
I tried setting the DCE end to clockrate of 5600 but the routers still say "is administratively down, Line Protocol down"
Any ideas/suggestions? I'm sure there is probably an easy solution, but i have been having a difficult time understanding what is missing.
