I have seted up Voice mail System for my customer by Cisco Unity 4.2. But I'm a Vietnamese. I want to use my language in Voice mail instructions. How to make Vietnamese language prompt? What is its codec?
Unity does not provide a way to record and use your own system prompts. You have to use the prompts that are included with Unity. The "Available Languages for Cisco Unity Components" in the Unity 4.2 Release Notes lists all the languages that the system prompts are available in, but Vietnamese is not listed.
