PPPoE: Event PPP_DISCNCT rcvd for invalid session

I have some users that their CPE initiate PPPoE session and do NAT

They connect but after a period of time they loss connectivity

Can somebody help me what is wrong ?

Keepalive ?

and how can i find the cause of this

using debug pppoe errors i get this message

Jul 30 15:24:16.330 abcd: PPPoE: Event PPP_DISCNCT rcvd for invalid session 97000AAE, retcode 2

Users who initiate PPPoE session from using PC have no problem

Only users that initiate PPPoE session using their modem and do NAT on modem (because more than one PC want to use DSL service) have problem
