2821 Router with unknown username and password

Ok, I have a 2821 router that has a username and password. I thought I knew what they were, but apparently not. I even get prompted for them in Rommon.

You can do a password recovery on the ISR.

I get to step 4 of this proceedure and I get the username and password prompt again. It never gets into ROMMON, so I can not input the commands in step 5.

There is either one of 2 issues:

1. Either you are not able to do a break, and accordingly please check this doc:

2. Service password-recovery is disabled, and if thus please check the following doc:
