I am attmepting to logon at the CDR login page, but the default admin, admin user/password combo is not working. Is there a way I can determine what users have admin privileges in CDR?

hi gregorysco

For CAR users or administrators? From the web browser, enter

https://:8443/car/Logon.jsp

but Before you log in to CAR, you must configure at least one CAR user that has administrative privileges in CAR:

1: In Cisco Unified CallManager Administration (ccm 5.x), add an end user by choosing User Management > End User

2: Click Standard CAR Admin Users.

3: Click the Add Users to Group button.

4: Check the check box(es) for the users that you want to add to the group and click Add Selected.

in conclusion to know if ur user can log in to CAR or not, when u go to user management --> user group--> Standard CAR Admin Users and do find u will see if ur user/s is/are assigned to this group or not. (i assume CCM 5.x)
