Ipcc ver. 3.5

Hi;

We have an IPCC ver 3.5; we know that this version is EOS but we want to make a growth of this up to 50 agents and we still have 5 years of support in hardware and software; but we are looking the possibility of upgrading it to version 4.0, exists some substantial change in this version or what benefit does this upgrade bring to us

Hi,

Upgrading to version 4 gives you some advantages:

- Version 4 could be redundant in real time, not only in 'Cold StandBy' mode. You could have two servers at the same time and if one falls down you will have inmediately a backup one.

- You have a wrap up time out.

- The java interface is more powerful than in version 3. Ypu can add java in the expression editor easily.

- The system scalability is much better than in version 3.

- You will have support for upper CallManager versions (4.2).

- You can send calls direct to an agent.

- You have more choices in the CSQ skill selection.

These arer some features than you can get with version 4 of IPCC Express.
