7970 continuously rebooting

Unanswered Question

I have a 7970 that is continously rebooting when deployed to one of our sites where it is connected to a 3750.

But when I take it back to our HO, where it is connected to a 3550PWR it works fine.

Can any help please?

I have this problem too.

Check the switchport negotiation. If the switch is hard set to something and the phone is set to auto, it could be trying to negotiated, then reboot, and keep doing this. Or you have a cable that is too long, or bad, etc. (patch)

I had this happen when I was working at an old site with CAT3. The phones would work when forced to 10F, but not in Auto and would always reboot.
