vg224's analog no dial tone,only buzzer

i am installing vg224 and ccm 5.1,now find something trouble with vg224 that is a few of analog telephone no dial tone only buzzer,i already set the voltage of the vg224 port to "high"(the default is "high" ),follow the runing-config:

i have searched all of the document,but can not find the true yet,it is only my problem?

Which one are you using?

I haven't used a VG224. I have a VG248. On the VG248 you have to enable the individual ports. You might want to telnet into the VG224 and check to see if the ports are enabled.

thanks for your message,but the circs random appear, not always one port
