We have a problem with a 4506 power supply we believe , it has dual 220V to each power supply and the power to each has been verified . Has anyone else seen this? This is a brand new installation . Below is the show env display, probably faulty and will have to get it rma'd. Can't say i have seen a power supply in a err-disable state.

PS2 PWR-C45-4200ACV AC 4200W err-disable good bad/off

PS2-1 220V good

PS2-2 220V good

What kind of power supply you have connected on PS1 ?

If it's different than PS2, then that's the reason for the err-disabled condition.

Same one on both .

Power Fan Inline

Supply Model No Type Status Sensor Status

PS1 PWR-C45-4200ACV AC 4200W good good good

PS1-1 220V good

PS1-2 220V good

PS2 PWR-C45-4200ACV AC 4200W err-disable good bad/off

PS2-1 220V good

PS2-2 220V good

It seems you have a faulty one, then. The condition remains even after a reboot ?

Glen,

Did a research on some cases and it seems that you have a faulty power supply. Please get an RMA done for the same.
