Hi Joe,

Because the help contents do not fit well in our environment. If we can not disable it, can we customrize it's contents? We want to put our own help items which are useful to our users.

Hi Zhenning.

I've spoke to some escalation folks around here, and they suggest that it wouldn't be something as easy as a plug-and-play type feature, so your best bet is to pursue this as an enhancement request to the software. You can do this through your Cisco rep, or if that's not possible, go ahead and open a TAC case and we can pursue it that way.

Sorry there's no easy "fix" for this.
