ASA Access-list not working

Hi guys,

I'm pulling my hair out. I think it something simple but I cant figure out why my access-list is not working.

Here's the test access-list

static (inside,outside) x.x.x.x 172.16.124.15 netmask 255.255.255.255

access-list inbound_outbound extended permit tcp any host x.x.x.x eq 3389

access-list inbound_outbound extended permit icmp any any echo

access-list inbound_outbound extended permit icmp any any echo-reply

access-list inbound_outbound extended permit icmp any any

access-group inbound_outbound in interface outside

x.x.x.x = public address

When I try to rdp into the server I can't connect. I look at the real time monitoring it looks like its permitting the statement. I can ping the internal server from the asa and also ping outside. Is there anything else i need to do. help

thanks,
