Can CCM be integrated with third party EPABX? On side ?A? there is a Cisco Call Manager connected to the Voice enabled router. On side ?B?, there is third party EPABX (Avaya) connected to Voice enabled router. There is an IPLC link between the voice enabled routers on side A and side B.
Can voice communication is possible between Side 'A' and side 'B'.
Please help me regarding this!!!
Please let me know what are technical points needs to ne clarified and configured on both the sides.
