Not Ready Reason Codes in Desktop Admin

Anybody know where the reason codes are stored? I am referring to the Reason Codes defined through the Desktop Administrator? I know that when an agent changes his state to Not-Ready the reason code is put in the AgentStateDetail table. That is not what I am looking for.

I have this problem too.
