I have a Unity-VM that stamps the messages 1 hour older than what the OS clock is showing. What's the fix?

Do you have Exchange located off box? The Exchange server clock is probably what is throwing off the time stamp.

That's what I thought of. They are telling me that it isn't off box.

Could there be Time zone profiles setup for the subscribers? The only way a vm gets timestamped is from Exchange. If the subscribers are getting voicemails *delayed* by an hour or so, then there is a problem between Unity delivering the vm message to Exchange for pickup.
