MeetingPlace "No-Show" timer

If i have a call scheduled between 9 am to 10 am. Is there a timer that will release the ports if no one calls into the conference? Or are the ports reserved for the entire hour?

Can i call into the meeting at 9:45 and still have the ports reserved for the call?

In MeetingTime there is a "Disconnect Empty Port" setting (Configure Tab -> Scheduling Parameters -> Disconnect Empty Port). This is where you configure how long your system will wait before releasing unused ports.
