I want to edit a script to place someone in queue if all agents are busy. Then play hold music for 20-30 seconds between a prompt that says "We are busy, please continue to hold, or press # to leave a message for our agents to return."

So the question is what kind of play prompt will allow me to look for a key punch for 5-8 seconds and then go on to the queueloop? I don't want the "are you still there?" prompts that occur during the timeouts, I just want it to go on as if no input was needed.
