CCM 4.1(3) event logs

Hi,

i got alot of error logs in CCM server.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot it? or what could this mean?

Here's the event log:

note: every device/phone generates 2 error logs like below

Cluster ID: StandAloneCluster

Explanation: Application is unable to open the line

Recommended Action: Check if the device is in the control list..

Reason Code [Optional].: 6

App ID: Cisco CallManager

Cluster ID: StandAloneCluster

Node ID: x.x.x.x

Explanation: A connection was established and immediately dropped before

completing registration. Incomplete registration may indicate a device is

rehoming in the middle of registration. The alarm could also indicate a

device misconfiguration, database error, or an illegal/unknown device trying

to attempt a connection.

Recommended Action: No action is required if this event was issued as a result

Hi,

I also got the same error log with you. I just reset the Pilot Point for Attendant Console.

I counter this problem when one of operator event she already login to Attendant Console the call can not go through her. When I see the log i show the same error message that you have.

Actually I still looking why this happen. Is there anybody know?
