Unified communications call triggered by incoming e-mail?

Hi all,

Not sure if this is at all possible. But does anyone know of any way using CM/Unity/IPCCx to have an incoming e-mail trigger a phone call to a pstn number.

Basically we have a system for logging fault calls that generates emails. We would like for that e-mail to trigger a phone call out of hours to notify the on-call person there has been a call logged.

If this is not possible, does anyone know of any third party software that may help us achieve this?
