Hi
AFAIK to access the config and all you need privilege level 15.

Many thanks for a speedy response, however i resort to asking my question after trying the below as suggested by Cisco:
------------------------
CMS provides two levels of access to the configuration options: read-write access and read-only access. If you know your privilege level, you must specify it in the URL that you use to access the cluster. For example, if your privilege level is 13, enter this URL:
------------------------
As i've not been able to get the above working, i am obviously missing something somewhere!
All suggestions appreciated...
Thanks.

Hi
Are you facing problems in accessing the switch in whole or facing issues only in accessing the config ?

Ok, let me explain - I can access the switch fine via CLI or CMS (with privilege level 15) however i need to configure read-only access to the switch config via CMS. I can do this for CLI access but its for a non-technical client who has requested gui access, but we want to give them read-only privileges. As per my previous post, Cisco suggest to browse to http://ip_address/level/1-14 to have read-only access, but I can't seem to get this working.
Thanks.
