On a 7606 router, a 7600-SIP-200 module with SPA-2XT3/E3 installed lost both DS-3 circuits after getting the error message:

requested on Primary channel (2)

SLOT 2: Aug 2 02:11:27.725 UTC: %SSA-4-FABRICCRCERRS: 5 Fabric CRC

error events in 100ms period

The only way to recover the circuits was to issue the command: hw-module module 2 reset

CCO documentation says that the Fabric error messages are informational and require no action.

Has anyone seen this before or have suggestions on how to avoid losing circuits again?
