Certification Tracking System Question

When I use TestID and password to login certification tracking system,I can't login.and I know it has some change before until Augest 1,but until now, I also can't login by my TestID/password.why??

I have this problem too.

You are right. There was an update in the web form on August 1st and as of today, I don't see a link to open a new case. Please wait a few days and try again.
