PEAP Rejected on 4402 Controller

I am running a WLC 4402 and have WPA/TKIP configured on my one SSID. After a while it stops processing client requests that are coming in using PEAP. It works for a couple of days using PEAP and then starts rejecting it. I can use LEAP at all times while this is happening. I would think it is a AAA server issue except for the fact that PEAP usually works on a reboot or after a rebuild before it goes bad. Any ideas as to what could be happening?

Also, another weird thing concerning this is that I can create another SSID exactly like the one that's having problems (sans name) and it works with PEAP no problem.

What version is your 4402 controller software at?

I thought I had put that on the first post. My bad! I am currently at 4.1.171. I was at 4.0.179 when these issues started.
