Hi Experts,
Can I know if the EIGRP will suddenly loses all of the neighbors for the updates??
Any cause of this that can make this happens?
Thanks in advanced.

please be more specific with your question. Does it send an empty update? or do all of the neighbors suddenly disappear?

Hi Experts,
Any insights on this problem??
The EIGRP routes just went missing like this and need to reboot the router to bring back the routes..
Is it an IOS Bug problem or anyone found this problem before?
Thanks in advanced.

After the routes go missing, can you ping the neighbors ?
Are the neighbors known via a serial or ethernet interface ?
What type of router and IOS are your running ?
Can you describe your network topology ?
Can you post configs ?

If there are no routes in the table that means either connected router does not have networks to advertise or no session is established. We need more information before troubleshooting your problem.
try issuing on both sides:
"show ip eigrp neighbors"
"show interfaces"
"ping ADDRESS_OF_NEIGHBOR"
"show running"
