I have a client with a CallManager cluster at site HQ. The client also have a site S1 with phones in this site registering to HQ. S1 has got SRST running in the event of a WAN failure. The problem is that when S1 goes into SRST mode, HQ phones can't phone S1 phones because S1 phones is "unregistered" in CCM. Client is running CCM 4.1(3). Does anyone have an idea how to solve this...

Hi leroux,
Logically phones are not registering because they can no more contact the call Manager when WAN link is down.
The SRST might be misconfigured.
You have to check the SRST configuration and be sure that it is well configured in the Voice gateway and the CCM.

Hi Eric,
I think you misunderstood me. The problem is I can't phone S1 numbers anymore by using their local extensions (ie. 5000) from the HQ cluster. I have to dial their E.164 number in order to reroute via the PSTN. I want to know if there is no other way to reach a phone from the HQ Cluster when the WAN link between S1 and HQ is down
