Processor Queue Length/TCP Connections Failure Alerts

We are using SilverBack to monitor customer's network and started receiving these alerts when we added their Call Manager servers:

Processor Queue Length Exceeds 2 Reqs

and

TCP Connections Failure

I'm having a hard time finding information on these alerts and if they are critical and need immediate attention. Has anyone else seen these messages?

I have this problem too.
