etherchannel configuration on 2950 switch

We have installed 2 sets cisco 1310 series wireless bridges as point to piont link. We have to merge theese 2 links as one link we have both sides 2950 series switches (12.1 version) i need help on the switches etherchannel configuration

weather it will work both sides same switches or deiffrent switches ?.

It can work whether both sides are the same switch types or not.
