Per VLAN QoS-Provides more granularity in applying QoS policy to multiple flows on a Per VLAN basis. Enables the 3750 and 3560 to be more consistent with the 3550. Previously a single policer was supported per port, and now a customer can configure multiple. I think per VLAN QoS is not supported on 3-GE, 10-port GigE and Modular GE. It's supported on Engine 3 based linecards. The Tetra(4GE) support 802.1p QoS per VLAN in 802.1q trunk.
