I'm a newbie here and here comes my first quiz:
It's easy to locate this within Avaya CDR (i.e. incoming TAC and outgoing TAC), but I wonder how to find these in Cisco's CDR files.
Also, how to determine a call's direction? I mean inbound or outbound. I know this could be performed by the 'Condition Code' within Avaya stuffs, but what about Cisco?
Many thanks!

In the Call Manager CallDetailRecord database table, "origDeviceName" or "destDeviceName" will have the trunk name depending on the direction.

In a CDR example file, I found these 2 fields contains something like "SEP000BDBD68AFD" or "172.16.1.35
", so how can I get the trunk name?
Thanks again!

In general, in the CDR file, which field (or conmbination of fields) that can indicate if the call is inbound or outbound?
Thank you for your help.
