I have the following topology: coresw>distributionsw>accesssw1>PtP WAP Bridge>accesssw2>router

VLAN300 is setup on the coresw and popultaes across to accesssw2 and i am able to ping DGW vlan 300 from every device on the network accept the router, this router is on vlan 300 and is connected to accesssw2 on a vlan300 port, i have the DGW for vlan300 defined on the router as well.

I know this is something with topolgy but can't figure it out.

Hi

Are there any other interfaces on the router. Have you tried using the extended ping on the router with the source interface address being the one that is in vlan 300 ?
