How to determine a call is incoming or outgoing, from the CDR?

This really confused me for a long time.

I have this problem too.

On the CallDetailedRecord table look for the call that you made, then the following fields should tell you if it is an incoming or outgoing call:

- origDeviceName

- destDeviceName
