e1 is not responding

Dear,

I have MWR1941 router . This router has VWIC-2MFT-E1DIR. It has a default y cable configuration. My problem is associated with e1 . MY card is not sending any singnal. Please advise.Pls check the sh controller and sh run

The controller shows loss of frame.

Make sure the framing matches at both ends. Try chnaging it to framing no-CRC4 under the controller confguration and test

There are also loopbacks on the line and because this appears to be a professional installation for mobile neetwork, you probably have a maintenance department that should look into that.

I have solved the problem yesterday night and sorry inform you. I had to reconfigure it.
