3560 reboot delay

Hi all,

I have a 3560 switch with version -(C3560-IPBASE-M), Version 12.2(25)SEB2.

whenever I reboot the switch it will take 20 minitues to come into normal mode. Upto 20 minitues the "sys" LED will be blinking. I tried upgrading IOS still I'm getting same issues. Anybody can help ??

I have this problem too.

Do you see it stuck at a particular point during the post when logged on via console?

Whenever I try to reboot it shows the messages below and stucks there.
