The Call Detail Record (CDR) format? The CDR format has been modified to include three additional attributes: trunk group, call ID and start/stop flag.

The trunk group is the name of the Trunk Group through which the call was accepted.

The call ID is a unique string that identifies the particular call.

The start/stop flag indicates whether the CDR was generated at the beginning (resource allocated) of the call or when the call was terminated (resource freed).

CDR generation when a call is initiated? In RPMS 1.0.x, CDRs were generated only when a call was terminated. Cisco RPMS 1.1 can be configured to generate CDRs at the beginning of a call as well. When start and stop CDRs are generated for a call, both of them have the same call ID.
