Hi,
We have a centralised call-processing design with 2 remote sites using IPT. The remote sites both have their own E1 gateways, with backup BRI lines for connectivity to the CCM in the event of a WAN failure. I would like to set up each sites CSS in the others, so that intra-office calls go over the WAN, however in the event of a WAN failure, automatically put the prefix onto the call and push it out through the local gateway. Does anyone know if this is actually possible?
Thanks for your thoughts,

With Cm 4.2 and above you can configure every DN with the Option of Call Foward on Unregister. So, configure this to be the DID of the phone so CallManager would route it using PSTN when there is a WAN failure.

We use CM4.2 however the phones would have already re-registered over the ISDN backup. I just dont want calls going over that link.
It sounds like if the phones are registered (however that may be) then there is no way to push internal calls over the pstn unless the user dials the full extension...
