CCDR Report is Blank... no calls in there IP IVR 4.0(5)

Hi,

Currently i have an issue with IPCC Express 4.0(5), i installed Historical Reports Client and i can run all reports but when i run the CCDR report i get it as a blank report (there is no information there).

Anyone with this issue before?

Please help.

Try this BUG -CSCsh37737

A script error causes this problem. When a call is redirected to an ICD route point with the Redirect Contact step in a script, one absolute requirement must be met. If the Redirect Contact step succeeds, the Set Contact info must follow and marks the contact as Handled
