Difference between CCM 4.1(3) & 4.3(1)

What is the difference between these two. Preparing for Voice exam and CCM 4.1(3) is the stated version. How much of a disadvantage am I if I only have access to 4.3(1)?

If you are referring to CCIE Voice, then I'd personally recommend using CM 4.1(3). It is always better to use the version of CM which is being tested. There are differences, esp multiple feature enhancements which change the way you would configure the same in CM 4.1.

Try to get yourself a copy of CM 4.1(3). That will always be the best bet
