CiscoWorks recommendation

Hi all,

Currently my client have deployed CiscoWorks LMS for their monitoring system. Now, they want to enhance the capability of their monitoring system, and hope that it can all be integrated to their LMS. I found several options such as CiscoWorks QoS Policy Manager, CiscoWorks Interface Configuration Manager, etc. Just need your recommendation, which add ons that is recommended and widely deployed and why?

CiscoWorks QPM and Ciscoworks ICM serve two different purposes. QPM is for QoS policy deployment and monitoring where as ICM is for configuring NAC. Neither are general purpose monitoring tools.

We will be releasing a tool that integrates with CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 called HUM (by the end of the year) or the Health and Utilization Monitor. This will be a general monitoring tool.

Glad to hear that. Hopefully it will be a powerful tool that can help the administrators. The utilization here means link utilization ? What features that makes it a "must buy" category ?
