Hi,

I had taken my Cisco QoS (642-642)exam on 31st July in Prometric Center. But Still I am not able to view my History in tracking system. Kindly Help.

My ID is CSCO10543630

I took an exam on July 27 with VUE. It was my first exam with them and they did not update the records with my CSCO # from Prometric.

When I called them after the exam seeing Cisco ID Pending, they found my number and said they would correct the issue after Networkers was over. Well it has been 2 weeks and the system still doed not have my records either for the exam.

Now I am going to call them back on Friday and inquire.

My ID is CSCO10231941

Hi karuna

Why dont you open a case with the certification tracking system ..There is certifications online support system just on the bar right to u ..click on it go in it find a Query close to your one when u click on it u can Ask a Question to them and use your Prometric/Pearson Exam paper pass information attach them as a jpeg and send them i think this would slove ur problem

I'm in the same situation: QoS exam in a Prometric center on 27th July (during the platform migration). And I don't find the way to post a case in Cert Online Support or send a mail, either.

I guess we should wait the official 10 business days period before reclaiming about history update issues.

I checked this link but i can't open any case for help.

I also have similar problem in the tracking system

1) I have already passed the exam "Cisco IP Telephony for Release 5.x - '642-445'" in Prometric centre, 31 July 2007 but it still has not been updated.

2) My CCIE status was expired! It is definitely not true because i have already completed successfully the re-certification exam in 29 April 2006

Does anyone help!

I passed Cisco 642-901 on 26 July in Prometric Center but still is not updated. Guys from prometric Center told me that from their side everyfing is done and my score is in Cisco.Can anyone halep me

I try call to Cisco but I wait about half hour on the line and I speek only with machine

Uff, It's done, I was create case via phone

00 1 408 526 4000 You must be patient when You call to Cisco but via phone You can open a case
