Where can I find the spec of GBIC WS-G5484. Is it LC interface and support auto-negotiation?

Yes it supports auto-negotiation and no it isn't an LC connector it is an SC connector.

** Edit - apologies Joseph but on second thoughts not entirely sure abou auto-negotiation. I think this is more to do with the port capability rather than the connector **

Whereas i don't know whether this support Auto-Negotiation or not
