I read everywhere that by default a user can send * during a greeting and get the 'Login' for voicemail.

This does not happen on my system all input is ignored. On all screens for each user the 'ignore caller input' is un-checked.

Am I doing something wrong I want to be able to use the * to get access to my voice mail remotly and also eant to be able to dial 'o' from the greeting to get to reception

How?

Help Please

Hi -

This is something you can do via BulkEdit utility, but I will focus for now on the settings for each subscriber. In the Unity SA, bring up one of your subscribers. Go to the Greetings web page. Make sure the box is checked for During greeting: Allow caller input. Then go to the Caller Input web page. Press the * key to select it. Change the Action key to the radial button for "Send caller to Easy Sign-in". Save. Test.
