CSAdmin do not stop

Hi, I have a problem...

I'm trying to upgrade my ACS from 4.1.3.12 to 4.1.3.12.2, but the CSAdmin service do not stop.

Is there any bug in this version (4.1.3.12)?

Plataform: ACS Appliance 1111

Hi,

How you are trying to upgrade it ? There is no need to stop csadmin in acs appliance.

Hello JG... Thanks for your quick reply!

I'm trying to upgrade through serial connection, using the commands:

- download

The download is performing. Ok!

After that I insert the command:

- upgrade

So the proccess try to stop all services before begin the upgrade, but the CSAdmin service don't stop.

The following error is displayed:

!!! Failed to stop CSAdmin !!!

Any idea?

Hi,

Make sure CSA is disabled before you try to upgrade. Also did you try to upgrade via GUI ?

Hi JG...

Unhappyly I did not get success in my attempts.

The solution was to remove the 4.1.3.12 and to install the 4.1.2.12 version...

Now my ACS's are ok...
